Private Training
404 Hockey tailors each private session specifically to the player’s requirements. Some of the techniques and skills we work on are:
- Power Skating
- Edge Work
- Stick Handling
- Passing (sending passes, saucer passes, receiving passes)
- Shooting
$150.00/hour
Price does not include the cost of ice rental.
All sessions 1-hour in length.
Semi-Private Training
404 Hockey offers small groups a chance to come together and learn together. Semi-Private sessions can include:
- Body Control and Battling Drills
- Shooting Techniques
- Tight Area Edge Work and Stick handling Drills
- Game Situation Drills
- Power Skating, Edge Work, Acceleration, Passing, and Conditioning
$50.00/player (Minimum 3-players).
Price does not include the cost of ice rental.
All session 1-hour in length.
Team / Coach Training
Our Team Training session are focused on enhancing the progress and development of a team. As part of this service offering, we work closely with the coaching staff to better understand where the team could use some extra help. We watch teams play to provide feedback on game performance and to identify areas to work on in the training sessions. We recognize that each team is different and various methods of training may be utilized based on requests. These methods include:
- Practice Drills Catered to Game Scenarios
- Power Skating, Edge Work, Acceleration, Stick handling, Passing, Shooting, and Conditioning
- Breakouts
- Fore-checking
- Defensive Zone Coverage
- Power Play and Penalty Killing Techniques and Systems
$200.00/hour
Price does not include the cost of ice rental if required.
Personal Hockey Coach
Our Personal Hockey Coach program was developed for those that are looking for a detailed independent assessment of a player's abilities. We review actual game video and provide guidance on areas that can be adjusted in order to maximize a player’s potential. This program includes:
- Detailed video review and analysis of 2 games
- Comprehensive written report for each game
- Player and/or parent consultations
- *One (1) Private lesson, focusing on skill development in the context of the game
Cost of program is $500.00.
